When you order an e-gift card with a specific design (e.g., a birthday theme) and add a personal message, you’ll receive two emails:

1. An order confirmation email with your receipt only.
2. An email with the selected design, complete with the gift code and your personalized message will arrive as an attachment which you can print or forward to your recipient. (Please check spam folder.)
